"Everything in the distance seemed to sparkle. They thought it was a mirage at first, but the closer they got, they saw that the trees, the grass, and the path all shined and shimmered in the sunlight. [...] It was like they were standing in a gigantic tropical garden with large, colorful flowers of all shapes and species. There were weeping willows over small ponds and vines that grew across the ground and up the trees. There were beautiful bridges over many streams and ponds." |
— Description of the Fairy Kingdom[1] |
Characteristics[]
The Fairy Kingdom formerly known as The Fairy Territory was home of the fairies and unicorns as well as the Fairy Council. When Alex and Conner arrived in the kingdom, the unicorns bowed to Alex, signifying that she was quite powerful.[5]

History[]
The Dragon Age[]
All of the Land of Stories was terrorized by dragons.
The Age of Magic[]
After the dragons were defeated, the Happily Ever After Assembly was founded and the Kingdoms were divided.
The Golden Age[]
The Fairy Council ruled over the kingdom. After years of "living happily ever after",
Later Alex and Conner first entered the Fairy Kingdom to acquire a fairy's tear for the Wishing Spell. They met Trix, collected one of her tears and then helped her at her trial before the Fairy Council and cleared her name.
The Enchantress terrorized all the kingdoms in the Land of Stories including the Fairy Kingdom. After defeating the Enchantress Alex stayed in the Land of Stories and lived in the Fairy Palace. Her inauguration into the Fairy Council took place there. When the Fairy Godmother's magic started failing and Conner arrived, they call all the monarchs to the palace to make plans to defeat the Grande Armée. The final battle against the Grande Armée and the Dragon was fought around the palace.
After the Masked Man traveled into works of literature to recruit for his army, the Fairy Kingdom was attacked by the Literary Army including Medusa. The Fairy Palace was destroyed and the members of the Fairy Council were turned to stone and so were Trix's friends, Trix was found sobbing when Alex and Conner arrived at the Fairy Palace.[7]
The Portal in the south tower of the Fairy Palace survived and was still functional.[8] The twins used it to return to their world and retrieve Conner's stories to recruit an army of there own.
